We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you may return or exchange items within 14 days of receiving your order.
نريدك أن تكون راضيًا تمامًا عن مشترياتك! إذا لم تكن كذلك، يمكنك إرجاع أو استبدال المنتجات خلال 14 أيام من استلام الطلب مع تحمل تكلف شحن المرتجع او في حله طلب تبديل

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
يجب أن تكون القطع غير مستخدمة، وغير تالفة، ومعادة في تغليفها الأصلي.

In the case of choosing the wrong size by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the shipping company’s fees for exchange.
في حالة اختيار مقاس غير مناسب من قبل العميل، يتحمل العميل تكلفة شركة الشحن الخاصة بالاستبدال.

"In case the wrong size is selected, the customer shall bear the shipping and exchange costs."
في حالة اختيار المقاس الخطأ يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن والتبديل 
"Customers are responsible for shipping and exchange fees for incorrect size selections."

• Brass & Stainless Steel pieces come with a 1-year warranty against color change.

We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, improper care, or breakage of any materials, including stainless steel, brass, or copper.

كما أننا غير مسؤولين عن أي تلف ناتج عن سوء الاستخدام أو الكسر لأي خامات أخرى، سواء كانت استانلس ستيل، نحاس أو غيرها.
